Accent Imaging, Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tampa, Florida based Xact Supply Co., Inc. (XACT)
XACT has been a long-time leading provider of wide format engineering equipment, service, and supplies to the Florida market. Owners Andy and Skip Keaton have been dedicated to that task since acquiring the company in 1995.
Accent Imaging, founded in 1984, is a leading provider of Office Technology Solutions in the Southeast United States. Accent Imaging has strong partnerships with world leading office equipment manufacturer’s such as Canon, HP, KIP, and Brother. Accent also offers digital printing services in select North Carolina markets.
Accent Imaging’s President and CEO, Mike Stodder, stated, “I’ve known Andy and Skip for many years and have always been impressed with how they’ve managed their business. They’ve done a great job of taking care of their employees and customers.
